Meet Your Instructor
Hello There! I’m Kristen. I've worked as a teacher, tutor, and school counselor. Why did I create this website? Well, my career in education started over 20 years ago, I've worked with a ton of kids, and I know what I'm talking about when it comes to knowing how to improve kids' reading and writing skills!

My mission is to show the awesome kids and teens in this world that writing doesn’t have to be a painful process, but rather a more streamlined, non-cryptic, and even joyful process. I also strive to help students deepen their view and understanding of themselves and the world around them as they make connections between what they read and real life.
